Fire Risk Assessment
Included in the Premium onboarding package (RRP £250). For smaller properties landlords may self-assess; we can introduce qualified assessors for larger units at £200–£500.
Fire risk assessments are now a legal requirement for all short-let properties in the UK. The Premium onboarding package includes a full assessment (RRP £250). For other packages, we can introduce you to a qualified fire risk assessor — typically £200–£500 depending on property size.
Eason Stays Management Fees
After onboarding, Eason Stays manages your property ongoing. Fees are applied after OTA (Airbnb/Booking.com) platform fees, on gross revenue. Longer commitments unlock lower rates.
