About Easy Invest

We are a property sourcing and investment company based in the North West of England. We find, analyse, and package high-yield property deals so busy professionals can build wealth through bricks and mortar — without the legwork.

Our Story

Easy Invest was founded in January 2024 by Freddy Esherwood. Freddy had spent years working across property management and investment — first running a small portfolio of his own, then building Eason Stays, a serviced accommodation management company across the North West.

The trigger was a conversation Freddy kept having with busy professionals who had capital, genuine interest in property, and no idea where to start. The best deals — off-market BRR opportunities, high-yielding SA units, well-priced flip properties — were going to the same small group of well-connected buyers. Most people never even saw them.

Easy Invest was built to fix that. Starting from zero, Freddy put together a sourcing operation built on local relationships, honest deal analysis, and a straightforward investor-first approach. Today the business manages 50+ properties across Manchester and the North West, working across three strategies: Rent-to-Rent SA, Buy Refurbish Refinance, and Buy Renovate Sell.

Freddy founded Easy Invest in January 2024 after years working across property management and investment. He leads investor relationships and overall strategy, and oversees a portfolio that has grown from zero to 50+ managed properties in under two years.

Kyle manages revenue strategy across the SA portfolio, reviewing pricing weekly and optimising nightly rates to consistently hit 75%+ occupancy. He also produces the monthly performance reports investors rely on.

Jay runs the deal pipeline and investor onboarding process, and builds the internal systems that keep the business running reliably at scale. If a process isn't working efficiently, Jay fixes it.
